Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping within Sri Lanka: Orders are delivered island-wide via courier, typically within 3–8 business days depending on your location. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Delays: While we aim to meet stated delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather, or high order volume. We'll keep you informed if your order is delayed significantly.

Address accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are correct at checkout. ivory.store is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.

Failed delivery: If a delivery attempt fails and the courier is unable to reach you, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional charge.
