Refund & Return Policy

ivory.store wants you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

Returns: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How to start a return: Email us at ivorystore.sl01@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm the return address and next steps.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Non-returnable items: Sale/clearance items and items marked "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or incorrect items: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
